These Terms and Conditions govern the use of gattomoon.com and purchases made through the website.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases of products through gattomoon.com by consumers. Mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Italian and European Union law are not affected by these Terms.
2. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography or normal manufacturing tolerances.
Product availability may change without notice.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
After the order is submitted, you will receive an electronic confirmation. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or product unavailability. If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and Taxes
Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros and include applicable VAT where required by law.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown separately before the customer completes the order.
Customers will not be charged costs that were not disclosed before purchase.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before the order is processed.
GattoMoon does not directly store complete payment-card information where payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the destinations and according to the delivery methods made available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided in the Shipping Policy and at checkout where applicable.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract, as required by applicable law.
GattoMoon remains responsible for the goods during transport until they are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by GattoMoon.
Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times. Where applicable, customers retain the remedies available under mandatory consumer law.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which they receive the goods, without giving a reason.
The conditions, procedure, exceptions and return instructions are described in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where the customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, refunds and return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the Return and Refund Policy.
8. Legal Guarantee
Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law.
Under EU consumer law, goods are generally covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the contract, please contact support@gattomoon.com so that the matter can be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
These statutory rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment where technically possible.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but consumers may still exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights.
10. Intellectual Property
The GattoMoon name, trademarks, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and cookie/privacy settings available on the website.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by law, GattoMoon is not responsible for losses that are not a foreseeable consequence of a breach by GattoMoon or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Third-Party Services
The website may use services provided by third parties, including payment, shipping and technology providers.
Where customers interact directly with third-party services, those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through gattomoon.com are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights available to customers under the law of their country of residence.
