RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your GattoMoon purchase. In addition to the rights available to consumers under applicable law, GattoMoon offers returns for up to 30 days from receipt of your product.
Right of Withdrawal – First 14 Days
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day period by contacting:
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and in any event within 14 days.
You may inspect and handle the products to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
The direct cost of returning products following a change of mind is borne by the customer.
GattoMoon 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, GattoMoon allows you to request a return for up to 30 days from receipt of the product.
For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the product must be:
- unused and undamaged;
- in the same condition in which it was received;
- complete with any tags and components;
- returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible; and
- accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

We will provide you with return instructions and the address to which the product should be sent.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated by GattoMoon.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gattomoon.com, providing your order number and, where possible, photographs that allow us to assess the issue.
Where a product is non-conforming, defective, damaged or incorrect, the necessary return costs will not be borne by the customer.
All consumer rights under the applicable legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Products sold by GattoMoon are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable Italian and European consumer law.
For consumers, the legal guarantee lasts for two years from delivery of the product.
In the event of a lack of conformity, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law, free of charge and subject to the applicable conditions.
The legal guarantee is separate from GattoMoon's voluntary return policy and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in circumstances provided by applicable law, including, where applicable, products made to order or clearly personalized for the customer.
Any exclusion applicable to a particular product will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Purchasing a discounted or promotional product does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the new product.
Refunds
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the standard delivery method originally applicable to your order, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, the additional delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
For voluntary returns made after the statutory withdrawal period and up to the 30th day, refunds will be processed after we receive the product and confirm that it meets the conditions of this policy.
